We establish foundations, trusts and similar legal structures for our clients. We do not follow a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Each structure is tailored to the individual wishes and needs of the parties involved. While this approach may result in a somewhat higher initial effort, it proves its value in the long term.

We follow this individually tailored approach also in the administration: on the one hand, we can manage structures that require little administrative effort – for example due to the nature of the assets held – with a small team and limited time and cost expenditure. On the other hand, in complex structures, such as a holding structure for an international group, we can draw on our entire team of around 50 lawyers, tax experts, accountants and paralegals.

In addition to their expertise in structuring, our lawyers also have decades of experience as litigators in foundation and trust matters. We draw on this experience when designing foundations and trusts in a forward-looking manner.
